Vogue Beauty had some great tips and I some tried and tested recipes for cellulite.
Apparently there are 3 steps: break down, build up and smooth out
- Break down involves exfoliating, massage and introducing spirulina into your diet.Vogue recommends dry brushing the back of the legs and bum to get those fatty deposits movin!
- Build up by exercising, eating healthy and eliminating processed food and toxins like caffeine and alcohol (all the good stuff I know). Drinking 2 liters of water a day helps re-hydrate your body and TRUST ME it'll do wonders for your complexion too.
- Smooth out by exfoliating weekly and moisturizing.
