How to get rid of cellulite once and for all!


Vogue Beauty had some great tips and I some tried and tested recipes for cellulite.

Apparently there are 3 steps: break down, build up and smooth out
  1. Break down involves exfoliating, massage and introducing spirulina into your diet.Vogue recommends dry brushing the back of the legs and bum to get those fatty deposits movin!
  2. Build up by exercising, eating healthy and eliminating processed food and toxins like caffeine and alcohol (all the good stuff I know). Drinking 2 liters of water a day helps re-hydrate your body and TRUST ME it'll do wonders for your complexion too.
  3. Smooth out by exfoliating weekly and moisturizing.
I use make my own body scrub from this recipe. The cinnamon and sea salt one is yummy! I swear it improves my circulation and makes my skin feel baby soft! I've heard coffee is also really good at reducing fatty deposits from cellulite but I'm yet to try it.
